Design & Consultations
Our Design & Consultation services ensure the flexible packaging solution is the perfect fit for your goals, product, budget, and timeline. Our custom flexible packaging solutions are designed to convey your marketing and branding message, while informing your end-users about the product.
Printing
During the printing process, our presses, including the new W&H Miraflex II gives us superior quality and productivity. The Miraflex, purchased in 2019, offers 100% defect detection, eight color decks, fully integrated systems and other features that allow us to quickly deliver the highest quality product.
Finishing
Once your product is printed and laminated, we move it to our slitting and/or converting departments. We follow your specification to finish your flexible packaging product.
Technology
We continually enhance our technological capabilities to provide leading flexible packaging solutions to our customers. Our equipment includes the W&H Miraflex II, Novaflow, Xrite, JM Heaford, PCMC, Meridian Anilox Cleaner, and more.
Pre-Press: Plate Mounting & Color Control
At Kiliper Corp we use state of the art prepress equipment to guarantee precision and quick turnaround. We mount our own plates using JM Heaford automated technology that promises accuracy and tight print registration.
We maintain this level of precision with our color control. We rely on the color control technologies of Novaflow and Xrite. These color control technologies speed up our printing process and eliminate chances of human error, guaranteeing repeatability.
We have relationships with leading prepress houses for graphics and plate making. This ensures that we are using the best technology of printing plate material, so we know our customers get the best printed results.
Lamination
We create multi-layered, custom flexible packaging films that are engineered for your product’s barrier requirements to help enhance its endurance and resist harmful outside elements.
Vendor Managed Inventory
We utilize our Central Iowa warehouse to store and manage inventory and products. Our VMI solution streamlines your inventory management and order fulfillment, and can be customized to meet your unique demands.
